- Dosa batter as needed
- pizza sauce or pasta sauce as needed
- onion chopped finely as needed
- bell pepper chopped finely as needed
- pizza seasoning or oregano as needed
- mozzarella cheese grated as needed
- oil as needed
- salt to taste
- Heat a pan, spread dosa batter. Now cover with a lid and simmer for 1 to 2 mins.
- Now spread sauce and top with veggies, seasoning and cheese. Cover and simmer for 2 mins.
- Now remove and serve hot with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
