  • Dosa batter as needed
  • pizza sauce or pasta sauce as needed
  • onion chopped finely as needed
  • bell pepper chopped finely as needed
  • pizza seasoning or oregano as needed
  • mozzarella cheese grated as needed
  • oil as needed
  • salt to taste


  1. Heat a pan, spread dosa batter. Now cover with a lid and simmer for 1 to 2 mins.
  2. Now spread sauce and top with veggies, seasoning and cheese. Cover and simmer for 2 mins.
  3. Now remove and serve hot with tomato ketchup or mayonnaise.
