sensware wants you to be happy with your products, At sensware, we are proud of quality, design and value of what we sell and we are deeply care about our customers and their purchases .although if you feel the needs to return an item , we will gladly do so , given the following conditions

RETURN POLICY

first step is to initiate the return by logging into your sensware account

Steps for return request

step 1 : log into your account
step 2 : Go to my orders
step 3 : click on ” return ” against the item you wish to return .
step 3 : specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
step 4 : fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button .
step 5 : you will receive a Email confirmation for the return initiated along with ” Return Reference number “.
Step 6 : dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request with email confirmation.

Terms and conditions for returns

Item shipped from sensware.com , must be returned within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of shipment

your product must be in original packaging and in new , unused condition with warranty card ,strips ,user manual and any other tags attached.

Sensware Holds the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-saleable and eligible for return/exchanges from customers.

your product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

sensware will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging,so please make certain that you retain your receipt for the parcel . please note the shipping charges are not refundable.

your return will be processed and credited or a replacement will be provided within 30 days from the date of receiving the product at our factory.

International Returns

We do not offer exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if sensware product delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.
We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a “Return Accepted” confirmation email from us
Note: there might be return duties/taxes applicable, so kindly do not ship anything back to us. We won’t be liable to pay the duty/taxes arises on the return shipment.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product and status of the approval or rejection of your refund.

IF APPROVED , your refund procedure will be processed and we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-4 working days of receiving the product.

If you cancel your order before the goods are dispatched from our central warehouse you will be entitled to a full refund of product and services. Once the products have left the central warehouse we will process a refund for product, however, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
